F-4S - Team Atlantic's Brit Matt Palfreyman Excels

Kazan, Russia (22th of June) - Not the most exciting race as positions were unchanged from green to chequered flag, indeed the only overtaking involved the two leading boats lapping the rest of the field.

It was a heyday for Molgaard hulls as Matt Palfreyman of Team Atlantic fame built up a huge lead over Sweden's Jesper Forss both in Molgaard outfits while Team China's Zwei Xiong filled 3rd place ahead of Tobias Munthe-Kaas racing for Team Nautica. The two Arabic boats of Team Qatar and Team Abu Dhabi tussled for 6th and 7th place until Qatar's Khalid Abdulla Al Kuwari flipped his BaBa hull handing 6th place to Abu Dhabi 'new boy' Mohamed Al Maharbi with Viktor VO filling last place. While Erik Danielsen in Singha colour's failed to start.
