PROFILE

JONAS ANDERSSON is a driver who puts everything out there and leaves everything out there. He made his F1H2O debut in 2006 after a very successful run in F2000 racing in both Europe and the Middle East, winning the F2000 World Championship with back-to-back titles in 2003 and in 2004.

From his 81 Grand Prix starts he has won five, reached the podium 10 times and has qualified in pole position four times. His first win came in St Petersburg in 2008 on his way to his best overall championship finish in third.

In 2016 he hit a rich vein of form, winning in Abu Dhabi, finishing on the podium in Harbin and qualifying in pole in back-to-back Grand Prix in the UAE and ending the year in fourth overall.
