F-4S - ANOTHER FULL HOUSE FOR SWEDEN'S FORSS
F1H2O

The second heat of the Abu Dhabi F4S GP bore a striking similarity to the first heat. Team Sweden's  Jesper Forss swept into the lead after the first turn buoy but instead of being chased by Team Atlantic's Matt Palfreyman, it was the turn of Mad Croc's Hungarian pilot Kornel Vo to fill 2nd place ahead of 3rd place Palfreyman.

It appeared Qatar's Khalid Al Kuwari was in line for 4th place but his engine stopped for a second around the half way stage allowing Tobias Munthe-Kaas to overhaul the Qatari pilot who finished in 5th place just ahead of Abu Dhabi's Rashed Al Qemzi.

The luckless Jan-Andre Landsnes in the power blue Singha boat spun on one turn and dropped further and further behind and to rub salt into the wounds, the lifting strop snapped when the craft was being lifted out water and it landed on the engine.

Official's are studying video footage of the start as it appeared the Qatar driver struck the deck of Munthe-Kaas who in turn hit Palfreyman and it could effect the overall position as both heats are taken into account and averaged out.
