Thursday, January 29: While the 2026 racing calendar is being officialised, Stromoy Racing has officially confirmed their driver line-up for the forthcoming season, being the first team to do so.

The line-up remains the same as last season’s, as Marit Stromoy will be taking to the cockpit of the eponymous team alongside Bartek Marszalek. The team finished sixth overall in the 2025 Team World Championship standings, with Marszalek finishing ninth and Stromoy twelfth in the Drivers World Championship.

Marszalek will be hoping to continue with the momentum he built in the latter half of the 2025 season, which peaked with a podium finish in the Grand Prix of Jeddah, while Stromoy saw her strongest result in last season’s inaugural race, finishing fifth in the Grand Prix of Indonesia.

Announcing the line-up, Team Manager Andrea Colombo said “We are very happy to confirm the lineup of Marit and Bartek. Together they form a solid team with experience, performance and a hunger to improve. Our aim for the season is to take the team to the podium”.
